Visual Merchandiser

Responsibilities

• Support and communicate the Visual Merchandising strategy for the Accessorize brand
• Collaborate with Buying and Design teams to help define and deliver window strategies
• Work closely with Buying and Merchandising teams to understand product strategy, including timing of product drops, to inform effective layout planning
• Partner with merchandising teams to understand space allocation and optimize commercial layouts
• Create and deliver clear, engaging Visual Guidelines for UK and International stores, balancing commerciality and creativity
• Gather and respond to customer feedback, testing new ideas to enhance customer experience and drive innovation
• Assist in the monthly setup of the mock shop to review and approve seasonal visual layouts
