Advanced Retail Professional – Visual Merchandising, Melbourne Central Halo
 
The Advanced Retail Professional (VM) of Melbourne Central Halo oversees and is responsible for the visual merchandising experience of an adidas Halo store.
 
A Halo store is the pinnacle of the adidas Retail experience for adidas consumers as it relates to sales & customer service, people, training & product knowledge, operations, visual merchandising & activation.
 
Responsibilities include: 
- Driving profitability of store by meeting or exceeding sales targets through ensuring the efficient and effective implementation of the global visual merchandising direction in the Halo Melbourne Central store
- Executes the visual merchandising and brand elements within both the Pacific market calendar and Brand Centre specific activations.
