IKEA Croydon are looking to welcome a Visual Merchandiser to the store team.
We are seeking a creative, detail‑oriented individual who thrives on generating new ideas, embraces innovation, and enjoys working in an environment of frequent change.
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will design engaging, eye‑catching displays, arrange merchandise to spotlight key products, and ensure our store layout remains both attractive and functional.
WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be 3rd August 2026.
• Starting salary of £30,300 based on competence and experience .
• 39 Hours working 5 days per week, including early mornings, weekends and night shift to support business needs.
• Shift pattern includes starting from 7am.
