With over 7 years of property management experience, including 3 in leadership roles, you’ll be essential in operationalizing systems while partnering with development and leasing teams to achieve leasing goals. Your skills in compliance, budgeting, and team development will be critical in ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the operations for a 1,140-unit community
• Build and manage high-performing teams
• Collaborate with leasing teams for successful lease-ups
• Oversee budget management and vendor contracts
• Address complex tenant issues and shape service standards
