Vision Care Product Training Lead

ZEISS Vision Care seeks a Training & Enablement professional to design and deliver product, sales and training programs across Malaysia. You will serve as the expert for ZEISS Vision Care products, ensuring consistent knowledge and effective selling techniques.

The role focuses on building internal capabilities, coordinating with Marketing and Commercial teams, and assessing learning impact while supporting launches and customer education.
