Virtual Fencing Expert & Field Troubleshooter

Halter in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Virtual Fencing Specialist to own Tier 2 quality within the virtual fencing domain and to act as the escalation point to Guidance Ops. You’ll diagnose issues from animal behaviour data, understand real farm systems, and ensure problems reach Guidance Ops only when genuinely needed.

You’ll work both desk‑side and on‑farm, collaborating with Customer Experience and Customer teams to resolve complex cases and to improve Tier 2 capabilities.
