Virtual Assistant (VA) – Sales & Client Support

We are looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support outbound sales operations, client communication, and follow-ups for an international client base. This role includes a mix of sales support and customer relationship management.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls (approximately 50% of workload)
Handle inbound calls and client follow-ups (approximately 50%)
Respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
Manage social media inquiries (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
Maintain communication with existing clients
Support lead nurturing and basic sales follow-ups
Assist in maintaining customer relationships and engagement
Requirements:
Strong verbal communication skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and client interaction
Good internet connection and quiet working environment
Prior experience in customer support or sales is a plus
