Responsibilities
- General office administration tasks
- Data entry, payroll processing, invoice management
- Answering phone calls and routing them appropriately
- Maintaining and organizing electronic files
- Assisting other departments as needed
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Experience with Google Apps (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and available to work during the scheduled hours
Schedule
- Approximately 40 hours per week
- Core working hours: 6:00 am PT to 2:30 pm PT (Las Vegas Pacific Time Zone)
- Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
