VIP Trading Growth & Partnerships Manager

Ostium is seeking a high-energy Senior Sales/BD professional to drive activation and onboarding of large traders. You will source and close traders, expand an existing network, and develop VIP outreach playbooks, with white-glove onboarding and ongoing support across crypto and traditional finance contexts.

You will collaborate with a US-based team and help shape affiliate partnerships while tracking pipeline KPIs and maintaining CRM accuracy.
