VIP Reservations Concierge — Guest Experience

Resorts World Sentosa invites applications for a guest services role focused on delivering excellent service and exceeding guest expectations. You will handle calls and emails, process bookings accurately, and coordinate with internal departments to fulfil guest requests for RWS members and guests.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma with proficiency in Microsoft Office, prior customer service experience in a call centre or hotel setting, and familiarity with Opera is an advantage.
