VIP Desktop Support Engineer: Remote & On-Site IT Specialist

Optimum Solutions (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to deliver top‑tier IT support across Singapore. You will assist VIP users end‑to‑end, handle on‑site and remote requests, and manage Office 365 apps including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

The role requires 5+ years in desktop support, 3+ years supporting VIP users, and strong Windows/Mac proficiency. You will configure AV gear for events and support mobile devices via ABM and Samsung KNOX.
