Responsibilities
- Build and develop long-term relationships with VIP clients
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value users
- Deliver a personalised, high-touch client experience
- Drive client engagement, retention, loyalty, and activity
- Understand player behaviour and identify opportunities for growth
- Work with client insights to improve the VIP experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic iGaming environment
- Contribute to business expansion and the development of new markets
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Account Management, VIP Management, Customer Success, Retention, or Sales
- Experience in iGaming or understanding of client retention and VIP player behaviour
- Ability to manage several VIP clients simultaneously and act on data insights
- Upper-Intermediate or higher English level
- Fluent Ukrainian
