Valeo Light, part of Valeo’s Light Division, is looking for a VIE Plastic Injection Engineer for a 12‑month assignment at its Martos plant in Spain.
Responsibilities
- You analyze the technical feasibility of single or multi‑color injected aesthetic parts.
- You create specific technical specifications (for predefined parts) for molds to consult with mold suppliers.
- You analyze and verify 3D mold designs using CATIA V5 according to predefined procedures, preparing them for manufacturing launch.
- You monitor mold tuning before transferring to production sites.
- You participate with production teams in mold trials and final tuning after realization.
- You take charge of short missions on targeted technical subjects (e.G., film overmolding, mold pressure sensors).
