VIE CONTRACT MANAGER F/H

Within Safran Aircraft Engines team seconded to Dubai and responsible for engine service contrats ( MRO) , we are looking for an apprentice to support the Contract Manager of the middle east region , responsible for :

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contract Manager with the coordination and follow-up of the invoicing process for airline customers, ensuring documents are accurate and issued on time.
• Work with different internal teams and contacts to collect the information needed for billing.
• Support the collection process by helping to track outstanding payments and following up with clients.
• Help manage and resolve invoice-related disputes in collaboration with more senior team members.
• Participate in compiling and reporting revenue data related to Safran Aircraft Engines.
• Support cash management and monitoring of client accounts.
