Within Safran Aircraft Engines team seconded to Dubai and responsible for engine service contracts (MRO), we are looking for an apprentice to support the Contract Manager of the Middle East region.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Contract Manager with the coordination and follow-up of the invoicing process for airline customers, ensuring documents are accurate and issued on time.
• Work with different internal teams and contacts to collect the information needed for billing.
• Support the collection process by helping to track outstanding payments and following up with clients.
• Help manage and resolve invoice-related disputes in collaboration with more senior team members.
• Participate in compiling and reporting revenue data related to Safran Aircraft Engines.
