Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with content creators, scriptwriters, and marketing teams to ensure video content aligns with brand messaging and goals.
• Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots for a variety of formats including product showcases, advertisements, tutorials, and digital campaigns.
• Plan and direct video shoots, ensuring quality control of visuals, audio, and lighting on set.
• Operate and manage high-end production gear including cameras, stabilizers, and lighting systems.
• Edit videos with a strong sense of narrative, pacing, motion, and sound design.
• Provide creative direction on post-production elements including graphics, transitions, music, and color grading.
• Mentor junior editors or freelancers and oversee outsourced projects to maintain consistency and quality.
• Stay ahead of digital content trends, proposing fresh ideas that push creative boundaries.
