Video Production Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Production Supervisor to lead our end-to-end video production function. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality visual content that supports marketing campaigns, brand storytelling, corporate communications, and digital initiatives.

You will oversee the entire production lifecycle, from concept development and pre‑production planning to filming, editing, and final delivery while ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with brand standards. This role also leads and mentors the production team, collaborates closely with cross‑functional stakeholders, and drives continuous improvement in production quality, workflows, and creative execution.
