We're 2 second-time YC founders building a fragrance brand after creating 3 successful food brands.

We're looking for a video editor who lives and breathes Instagram.

What you'll do:

• Edit Instagram Reels, Shorts & founder content
• Edit podcasts into long-form + viral clips
• Turn raw footage into stories people actually want to watch
• Work on content in bulk and move fast

What we're looking for:

• 2+ years of editing experience
• Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, retention & storytelling
• Can think beyond cuts and transitions
• Knows what's working on Instagram right now
• Self-starter with good taste and attention to detail

Bonus points if:

• You've worked with founders, D2C brands, or personal brands
• You have a portfolio of content that's crossed 100k+ views
