Video Editor Lead

We're looking for a Video Lead who can do more than edit. Someone who can lead creative thinking, mentor a team, shape compelling visual stories, and elevate the quality of every video that leaves the agency.

What you'll do

• Lead the creative direction for video content across digital, social, branding, and integrated campaigns.
• Translate briefs into engaging concepts, storyboards, and visual narratives that bring brands to life.
• Oversee the complete process-from ideation and shoots to editing, motion graphics, sound design, and final delivery.
• Review edits, provide creative feedback, and ensure every output meets HOWL's quality standards.
• Mentor and guide video editors and motion designers, helping them sharpen both their technical and creative skills.
• Collaborate with account management, design, copy, teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
