Video Editor and Animator

Responsibilities:
Execute high-quality video editing and animation projects across multiple campaigns and platforms.
Understand client briefs and translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
Research, conceptualize, and develop creative video ideas aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Create motion graphics, 2D animations, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
Review scripts and suggest improvements from a visual and narrative perspective before production/editing.
Provide strong direction on music selection, graphics, transitions, and effects to elevate video quality.
Collaborate closely with Team Leads, Project Managers, and Account Managers to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Contribute to creative ideation for pitches, campaigns, and ongoing projects.
Mentor junior team members and support them with technical guidance and creative input.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
