Job Responsibilities:
Legal advisory: Providing legal support and advice on structuring, negotiation and execution of transactions undertaken by the Bank. Transactional support: Partner with external counsel and manage legal risks;Serve as trusted legal advisor to the Bank's businessCollaborate with internal stakeholders including transaction management teams from the Front office and Compliance, Risk, Credit and Operations teams.
