Responsibilities
- Build the infrastructure of the US field organization and hire/manage a team of MSLs
- Implement field strategy and priorities aligned with clinical development and launch plans
- Oversee MSL onboarding, training curriculum, and materials development
- Develop and track KPIs and provide reports of MSL activities to senior leadership
- Provide input on KOL target lists, field source sizing, and territory maps
- Evaluate and direct all MSL activities including research and interactions with healthcare providers
- Coordinate field needs for medical/scientific knowledge to support pipeline and clinical trials
- Support the creation of clinical slide decks and MSL resources
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs
- Oncology-specific experience required
- Prior MSL leadership experience required
