Vice President, Supplier Quality

**Description**

Lead and manage the global Supplier Quality department. Accountable for ensuring supplier products (raw materials, components, FG) meet the Estee Lauder Quality System & approved Standards. Responsible for the evaluation and monitoring of Supplier Quality Performance, implementing corrective actions and improving supplier capabilities. Sets Supplier Quality strategy, budgets, improvement initiatives and organizational structure capable of achieving our company and global Quality objectives and long term growth plans with our suppliers. Oversee the implementation of ELC’s Quality Policy and Procedures at the suppliers. Strong partnership with the QA Audit group for a robust Audit program implementation aligned with Supplier QA strategy and priorities. Successfully collaborate with our partnering departments, functions and suppliers to prioritize & support ongoing projects and to effectively resolve in a timely manner issues with sustainable corrective actions.<...
