As the Team lead of Architecture studio, you will be managing projects end-to-end, driving design, business development, and project delivery with P&L responsibility.

• Lead and manage Architectural design or project teams and provide technical leadership on architectural design and administrative matters.
• Provide guidance to team members to ensure that design solutions are optimised to meet clients' requirements.
• Be involved in business development meetings to target specific markets, clients and project opportunities.
• Prepare tender bid documents and proposals.
• Carry out architectural design and design reviews.
• Carry out feasibility studies and make design proposal presentations.
• Liaise with and discuss project-relevant issues with clients.
