The Platform Owner — Cards is the single accountable owner for the full run-and-change lifecycle of RAKBANK's cards technology platform suite: TSYS Prime 4 (Card Management System), TSYS Online Authorization, and the bank's post-facto fraud detection platform. This is a strategic internal product ownership role that demands a rare combination of cards domain depth, platform engineering discipline, and forward-looking product vision. The incumbent treats the TSYS platform suite as a managed internal bank product — responsible for its stability, continuous availability, API-driven capability exposure, fraud effectiveness, and strategic evolution to meet the growing and diversified needs of RAKBANK's personal banking, SME, commercial, and large corporate customer segments.
