Vice President of Operations

Mane Haircare is seeking a hands-on, collaborative, and growth-oriented Vice President of Operations to lead the company’s end-to-end operations organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role oversees Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Product Development Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment, and Project Management functions across the business.

The organization has established strong operational processes and infrastructure, and this role will focus on leading, optimizing, and scaling those functions to support continued growth.
