Vice President of Marketing

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Participate in executive-level strategic planning and corporate governance, establish the company’s marketing vision, objectives, policies, and long-term growth strategies in alignment with organizational goals and directives approved by the Board of Directors.
2. Develop and oversee the annual marketing and business development budget, authorize resource allocation, monitor expenditures, and ensure marketing investments effectively support revenue growth, market expansion, and corporate objectives.
3. Lead and direct the company’s marketing department, including the recruitment, supervision, evaluation, and development of middle-level managers and key personnel, ensuring the effective execution of approved strategic initiatives.
