Vice President of Engineering

We are currently retained on behalf of a leading international packaging automation and engineered systems business to identify a Vice President of Engineering to lead and develop their engineering organization in Canada.

This is a critical leadership appointment for a business investing heavily into the North American market, with a strong focus on complex automated packaging systems, complete line solutions, and advanced engineering capabilities across Food & Beverage, Pharma, and MedTech sectors.

The Vice President of Engineering will play a key role within the senior leadership team, taking responsibility for engineering strategy, innovation, team development, project execution, and operational excellence.
