Vice President Leverage And Acquistion Finance (Valle de Chalco Solidaridad)

The Vice president, Capital Markets and Advisory Leverage and Acquisition Finance Mexico supports the Director in originating, structuring, and executing Syndicated Loans and Acquisition Financing transactions. The objective of the role is to deliver innovative, high‑value financing solutions that meet clients' needs, grow HSBC's share of wallet, and generate sustainable returns, while ensuring strong stakeholder collaboration and full compliance with internal and external requirements.

Responsibilities

• Being the primary support for the Director, helping in the origination and responsible for the structuring and execution of Syndicated Loans and Acquisition Financing.
• The Vice president should take the lead on transactions, standing in for Banking Directors and Sector Heads and Leads where necessary.
