• Provide transactional legal advisory for corporate lending business across the Asia Pacific region, excluding Japan
• Negotiate GMRA master agreements and related vendor agreements for branch entities
• Interpret Singapore banking laws and regulations as required
• Conduct legal research and analyze case precedents to inform decision-making
• Support corporate secretarial compliance through verification of reporting and filings
• Identify and assess legal and compliance risks within the organization
