Vice President, Global Human Resources Technology & People Operations

Team Overview

At TransUnion, Human Resources is at a pivotal point in the evolution of our global function. This newly created leadership role will define and execute our HR technology and operations vision, ensuring our processes and platforms, including Workday, enable strategic growth, operational excellence, and AI-driven transformation.

This role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and partners closely with Global Technology, HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and enterprise functions. This is a highly visible, enterprise leadership role shaping the future of HR at TransUnion. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
