Responsible for developing and executing enterprise-wide human capital strategies that support the University’s academic mission, research enterprise, and expanding academic healthcare system. Provides executive leadership for workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, compensation strategy, employee relations, and HR operations while partnering with executive leadership to build a high-performing, service-oriented culture.
