Vice President, Development

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Vice President, Development will report to the Chief Development Officer at Starwood Hotels. The job function is focused on sourcing and executing deals in Asia Pacific. The candidate is expected to play a lead role in evaluating opportunities, pitching the brands, and negotiating management and branded residential contracts. There is an expectation that the candidate will develop internal relationships within the Development team and across other functions.

The candidate should be a multi-faceted individual with strong analytical skills, an existing network within the industry, and the ability to adapt to the nuances of working on deals across a broad geographical landscape. The role offers exposure to senior leadership within the company, as it continues to grow rapidly around the world and builds a presence in Asia Pacific.
