As Vice President, Integration, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic matrix organization, utilizing your exceptional collaboration skills and proactive mindset to contribute to the success of the I&E GCS management team.
**About the Role**:
- Lead and develop the Integration department to ensure growth aligned with our strategy.
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of integrated projects with full P/L responsibility.
- Execute efficient and timely bid management support towards large integrated sales opportunities.
- Delivery of large and/or more complicated projects in close collaboration with Product Centers.
