Your Team Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing team focused on developing scalable conversational AI platform and related infrastructure.
• Collaborate with research scientists, product managers, and design leaders to translate business problems into structured engineering solution.
• Partner with data, cloud, and security teams to design architectures for data pipelines and multi‑agent orchestration.
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and responsible AI deployment across all teams and initiatives.
