**Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates** :

+ Staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Average surgical volume 8000 cases annually.
+ Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No Peds. No OB. No Trauma.
+ CRNAs practice top of license with autonomy. Able to perform blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
+ Current schedule 4, 10s plus beeper call for additional comp. 1X week/late case finishes. 1...
