- Lead end-to-end project management activities across IT delivery programs. - Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within timelines and budgets. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and business stakeholders. - Handle stakeholder communication and ensure alignment with project goals. - Manage banking domain projects including retail and corporate card systems. - Track project progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Identify risks, dependencies, and ensure timely mitigation strategies. - Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery standards. - Drive agile or hybrid project execution methodologies. - Provide regular status updates and reporting to senior management.
