Role responsibilities

• Provide high-quality veterinary care for small animals with clinical autonomy across surgical and medical cases
• Lead on selected cases, perform diagnostic investigations, and contribute to shaping clinical standards
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient and client care
• Support and mentor colleagues to help them thrive and develop clinically
• Deliver a positive client experience, building trust and long-lasting relationships
• Contribute to primary care duties including OOH consultations, inpatient care, and routine procedures
