Veterinary Surgeon – Ashfield Vets, Durham (Part Time)

We have an opportunity for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join our wonderful team at Ashfield Vets.

Rota: 30 hours a week, 3 working days. No night out of hours or on‑call duties. One Saturday per four (9:00 am – 12:30 pm). Flexible working patterns can be discussed.

Part‑time role with excellent work‑life balance and no bank holidays.

Our practice is purpose‑built for high quality care with three consultation rooms, a dedicated nurse/cat consultation room, separate cat and dog waiting areas, an in‑house pharmacy, and a state‑of‑the‑art prep room and theatre. On‑site parking with electric car charging is available.

At Ashfield Vets you will be part of a small, experienced team of two vets, four RVNs, a PCA, an SVN and a reception team. The outpatient clinic focuses on geriatric and weight clinics and is supported by an enthusiastic RVN team.
