Veterinary Large Animal Care Attendant

Be a crucial part of UPEI's Veterinary Teaching Hospital as a Large Animal Care Attendant. This full-time role focuses on providing care and support for large animal patients in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience working with large animals and be skilled in assisting veterinary professionals with routine and emergency procedures. Responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, preparing food for patients, and handling animals safely during examinations. The role is structured with 37.5 hours a week and includes some weekend and holiday shifts.
