Join Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre as a key Registered Nurse in the Veterans Centre. Provide comprehensive care guided by the principles of patient-focused support within a dedicated team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall care of residents, implementing the patient-focused care philosophy. Your experience in long-term care will be essential, particularly in supporting residents with Alzheimer Dementia. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team are required.
