Your role
As Venue Manager, you will ensure that Kupoli’s vision comes to life every evening through outstanding leadership, exceptional service and flawless execution. You will lead by example, inspire your team and create a culture where quality, hospitality and continuous improvement are part of everything we do.
Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of Kupoli.
- Manage, coach and develop the entire front‑of‑house team, including bartenders, servers and hosts.
- Plan workforce, scheduling and day‑to‑day people leadership.
- Onboard new team members and support their development.
