Venue Manager • Palace Palco & Platea Hospitality (Mexico City Stadium)

The role is focused on day‑to‑day operations and venue management for Palco and Platea hospitality services. Responsibilities include vendor management, production oversight, staff management, client support, and participation in OL management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily delivery of services, including hosting, access control, catering, furniture, florals, entertainment, cleaning, gifting, and design elements.
• Manage vendors representing all hospitality services and oversee the production of interior environmental design.
• Provide oversight on menu development and catering service levels, as well as environmental design of hospitality spaces.
• Train and manage contracted staff for catering, host/hostess, and access control/security positions.
