Advert As part of the leisure team you will be responsible for the effective delivery of front line services to the public, ensure the safety and behaviour of the public is controlled and provide trained assistance in the form of lifesaving skills when necessary. You will also set up and dismantle equipment and carry out general cleaning duties. You must have a current RLSS Pool Lifeguard qualification or equivalent and have previous experience within the leisure Industry, either in the public or private sector. You should have good communication skills, knowledge of customer care issues and be able to work in a team environment. Ability to work shift and irregular hours including weekends is required. Candidates who are successful in advancing to interview stage, will be required to undertake a water competency test which will involve: Swim 100 metres. Assorted contact tows in deep water.
