Vendor Contract Management Manager

The Vendor Contract Management Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of vendor relationships, contract administration, and contingent workforce programs to ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and value delivery across the organization. This role manages the full contract lifecycle, including contract reviews, renewals, amendments, terminations, governance, and stakeholder engagement activities. The position also supports software asset and license management, budget monitoring, invoicing, cost allocation, and contract negotiations.

In addition, the Procurement Manager leads vendor governance initiatives by monitoring vendor performance, facilitating governance reviews, managing scorecards, and ensuring adherence to organizational vendor management standards and programs.
