Duties and Responsibilities: Leads a minimum of 3 or more performing same work, ensuring sequence of operations are adhered in accordance with NEX policies and procedures. Provides input to supervisor regarding adequate staffing needs, provides input regarding work methods as well as changes in work assignments based on observation of work performed by group led.
