SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant | S/4HANA Fashion Implementation

About the Role

Our client is in an active SAP S/4HANA Fashion (FMS) implementation and needs an experienced OCM consultant to lead the change management workstream. You will join a live project team and drive user adoption, readiness, and organizational alignment through go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Review and update existing OCM strategy and plan for the S/4 Fashion implementation
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and readiness assessments across business units
• Build and manage communication plans for leadership, key users, and end users
• Partner with functional and training teams to plan and support end-user enablement
• Coach leaders and change champions to sustain adoption after go-live
