VDDV (CAE) Engineer

**Job Description**

**DUTIES** : Perform structural analysis and comfort analysis on assigned seat projects at the vehicle system level. Develop Finite Element Analysis (FEA) plans for assigned project. Participate in the creation of assigned subsystem Finite Element Analysis (FEA) models. Motivate CAE suppliers and internal resources to meet program milestones and deliverables. Complete FEA analysis including the production of VDDV models from NX math and execution of documented VDDV models per assigned projects. Compare FEA results to performance requirements and recommend viable design solutions. Correlate analysis results to physical test and update FEA models and FEA procedures. Document results in FEA reports. Generate technical solutions for current, new, and major programs. Provide technical leadership for advanced technology development.
