**Position Overview:**

Performs technical ultrasound procedures under the direction of a Radiologist. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required.

**Job Description** :

EDUCATION

Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.

+ Associate's: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or equivalent education/experience
+ Other: Graduation from a certified school of ultrasound

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE

+ ARDMS-American Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
+ BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:

+ 2 years related experience and/or training
