You will be at the intersection of customer experience and business growth crafting strategies that make shopping on Amazon more compelling and accessible for Saudi customers. This isn’t just about running promotions/deals; it’s about fundamentally understanding what drives value perception and shopping behavior in the Saudi market.
Lead collaborative projects across marketing, retail 3P, and ShopEx teams to design and launch customer-focused value initiatives that drive business growth.
Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify growth opportunities and develop & optimize customer reward programs.
Work with regional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and propel high-visibility projects that directly impact Amazon’s growth in Saudi Arabia.
Build and execute strategies to make shopping more affordable and rewarding.
